BioTerms and Conditions
-All prices are absolutely non-negotiable.
-All goods sold are strictly non-refundable.
-All payments are to be made within 36hrs of ordering. If not, the order will be deemed invalid.
-To prevent dead buyers from hampering our efficiency in delivering your purchase, we will confirm
orders and mail them out on a first-pay-first-serve basis according to time of payment, instead of the time of order.
-All payments are to be made to POSB Savings account no. 024-40526-5.
-In the event that the item you have made a fund transfer for has run out of stock, a full refund will be made.
-Normal postage will be $1.50 for tops & $2 for dresses. Registered postage for orders exceeding S$60 will be free of charge.
-Registered mail for orders below S$60 will carry an extra cost of $2.24, apart from the price of items.
-We will not be held responsible for any loss of items through normal postage.
-All transactions made will have to be accompanied with a clear snapshot/printout of the transaction receipt, or your DBS iBanking nickname.
-We mail only to addresses within Singapore.
-Meet ups can be arranged, but only at our convenience! (:
Exchange Policy
-Exchanges are only permitted if item is found to be faulty.
-Items can only be exchanged when it is in un-used and un-washed condition.
-We DO check each and every item TWICE, during purchase, and before mailing it out.
-An exchange can only be done after pictures of defects have been sent to our email and the exchange has been verified by us.
-The deficit item will only qualify for an exchange with a similar item.
-In the event that the item approved for exchange is out of stock, we are willing do exchange with an alternative item of another price. However, if the price of the item you have picked is above the one to be exchanged, a top up will be required. If you exchange for an item below the price, no refund will be given, but instead you will be given a rebate for your future purchase on est-monte, based on the excess amount.
